No matter what game engine you use whether it’ll be RPG Maker VX or Game Maker, you’ll eventually want to create a video game character that sounds good. 2. Squid – This website has some brilliant mysterious character names. I use it a lot for my current projects simply because they use more mysterious themes with the names. They are also good for fantasy RPG games. Such as a final fantasy fan game. Except, you’d need to create new final fantasy characters for that to work.

3. Behind The Name – This site have a huge bundle of names. Common names, uncommon names and some just plain random names that don’t make any sense at all. I use this when I want to create funny characters for my RPG project.
