I am making multiple projects at once. I find the resources that come with VX lacking a lot compared to all the sprites and tilesets XP had.

you make rpg games by buying rpg maker vx or xp any programs before them are not worth having but can be good depending on your personality btw help website in the making =D
but i think this guy who owns this website (think its boos405 cant be sure)is good at rpg making and has a wide variety of tutorials on http://www.youtube.com/user/boos405/
he is awesome at map making and more =D hes good at explaining things too

Hi, I am really looking forward to making a game, but I need some employees that can work for free, I need:
Script Writer,
Event Maker,
Spirit Maker [need people in sets of 4people by 2people],
Publisher,
Graphic Designer [for the title screen and pictures and things like that],
Animation Artist,
and just anyone that can come up with ideas for the storyline.
I will be doing the mapping and managing the database.

I’m making me first game at the moment. trying to work out the event stuff. I wonder how you make an event that is activated by action button but the sprite disappears afterwords…
